GENERAL -
All material is shipped via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS will not
deliver to a post office box.

DAMAGED GOODS - If goods received by you are damaged please contact
Valor Prints by using the
contact us form.
- Damaged goods must be returned in the original packaging.
- Goods which are damaged after being accepted will not
be replaced.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER -
- You have the right to return the items you have purchased within 3
working days of delivery. Unopened items may be returned for refund. Opened
items may be returned for exchange only.
- Once the purchased item has been returned to us in the original
packaging we will refund the cost of the item (excluding delivery,
packaging, and any costs incurred by you in returning the item/s).
- We recommend for your own protection, using a recorded delivery
service.
- For overseas purchases we recommend United Parcel Service (UPS).
- When returning items please give a reason for the return.
